What to expect with The Luxury Statue Company
Through every step of the process, you will be engaged, consulted and updated by our team!
If you are looking for a luxurious one-of-a-kind photo experience, you have come to the right place. Our selection of statues and event knowledge make us the best choice to celebrate that special day. To start the process, select from one of our 100+ statue and combinations and create an immersive experience in front of your house, in your event space or your own backyard. Through our rental process you will have the ability to rent our statement piece, a full Photo Display or create your own display by adding items right from the rental page.

We are almost there! Within 24 hours of your rental day we will send you an email confirming what time we will be arriving & your customized message. There is no response required at this time, unless you have a last minute change to your rental.
Delivery confirmation

Sleep in or carry on with your morning plans, as our delivery is contactless – no need to sign any papers or documents. If you would like to come out to say hello and guide us to a specific spot or set up, we are happy to take your direction. Our delivery times are typically anywhere between 5:30 – 7:30 am. We try to be as quiet and stealth as possible! We will email or text you a picture once we are completed the set up to give you peace of mind!

After your full day of enjoyment, we will message you later that evening to ensure your celebration, party or event is all wrapped up and confirm the time of pickup. If we do not hear back, our typical pickup time is after 9pm.
A confirmation email will follow confirming we have pick-up the statues!
