Why The Luxury Statue Company?

Our company maintains a high standard in our designs and construction. Every statue, sculpture and character are carefully created to achieve the most updated portrayal and experience for your event, home or business. We have distinct statues for every occasion from architectural décor, comical and realistic themes. We commit to relevance by bringing new items every year.  

Do you sell statues as well?

Yes! We offer short and long term rental services and direct sales. 

We are able to custom design any statue for you - whether it is a colour variation or something brand new.

What material are they made from?

All of our statues are made from polyresin. This is our material of choice due to the durability of the product, ability to move the statue without heavy machinery and they are built to handle the outdoors.

How durable are the statues?

Our statues are extremely durable. They are lightweight and waterproof making them a top choice for commercial and industrial projects as well.

Can the statues be used outdoors?

Yes! Our statues are built to handle the outdoor elements. All of our statues are able to be used as outdoor decorations.

If the statues are intended to be displayed outdoors permanently, it is recommended to periodically reapply a clear coat to protect the finishes of the statue.

Although the statues can survive in harsh weather conditions, it is recommended to store indoors during the winter months or cover the statue to increase the longevity and life span of your statue!

 

Daily Rentals
How do daily rentals work?

Can you sit and climb onto the statues?

Unfortunately sitting or climbing on our statues is not permitted. Although our statues are extremely durable, for liability and safety reasons this is against the rental policy.

What area do you service for daily rentals?

We are based in the Niagara Region, and are pleased to offer competitive rates for our daily rentals across the GTA and Southwestern Ontario.

Can I pick-up and return my rentals to The Luxury Statue Company?

At this time we do not offer pick-up due to our items being extremely heavy and require special care in transit. Our team has been properly trained to lift the statues appropriately and safely secure them for your enjoyment!

What happens if I need to amend the date or cancel?

We understand things happen! If you need to cancel, amend your rental or change your date please give as much notice as possible. We are more than happy to work with you to find another date or statue for you! Cancellations are not permitted within 24 hours for your daily or short term rental. 

Event & Production Rentals
How do the rentals work?

We support a variety of special events, movie productions, televisions shows and corporate events. We understand that no 2 events are the same, and we are here to give you a customized experience. Please get in touch with us and we can discuss your project or event.

What area do you service?

We service all of Ontario from Windsor to Thunder Bay to Ottawa.

What is the delivery cost?

Delivery charges for drop off and pick up is dependant on the location and quantity of statues, please contact us for a quote.

The venue must be easily accessible with vehicle parking near the entrance  for unloading. 

Difficult access (tight spaces, stairs, no freight elevator, etc.) must be disclosed prior to delivery . Additional fees will apply.

Can you help with last minute requests?

Absolutely! We understand last minute requests and emergencies come up. Rentals that require rushed delivery (within 48 hours) will be charged a rush fee of $250.

We are committed to assisting our customers whether it is weekends, after hours or early morning.

What happens if there is delays or venue changes?

Event and Production rentals  are required to provide a 25% non-refundable deposit in order to reserve the statues and dates.

Date changes and modifications are permitted based on availability.

Venue changes must be communicated with 24 hours notice. Additional delivery charges may apply.

Who is responsible for damages and lost items?

All orders will be charged a non-refundable 3% minor damage fee. This fee is to cover minor scratches, nicks and marks. 

Major damages and lost items will be examined and determined at the time of pickup. Damages will be determined at the lower of repair cost or replacement cost as set out in the rental agreement.

Why is my item slightly different than the image?

Since our statues are hand painted there are some colour variation based on the artist that was creating your statue. Each artist has their own style and therefore no two statues are identical.

Statues could have small imperfections due to the manual process of creating and painting our statues.

Why is shipping not charged at checkout?

Shipping costs will be provided after the order has been completed. We take all reasonable efforts to ensure we shop for the best shipping quote possible. Once your order is placed we will get in touch with you to let you know the shipping cost, if unsatisfactory you may cancel your order and we will refund your order.

For orders in Ontario  we try to personally deliver to keep costs as low as possible for our customers.

You may contact us before placing your order to get an estimate for your shipping cost.

Customer pickup is also available at our warehouse.

What is the typical delivery time?

For in-stock items, shipping speeds vary based on location and the size of the item.

We shop all carriers to ensure we are providing the best possible quote for our customers. 

Our standard deliveries are White Glove service from Purolator. Once the freight is confirmed and scheduled with the carrier - shipments are typically 2-7 days within Canada from the pickup date.

What is the return policy?

We understand that you may change your mind and want to return a product. You must get approval for a return within 14 days of purchase. The items must be in its original condition and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, due to the high overhead costs of the product.

Please contact us before any items are returned. 

All freight charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Can you custom design a statue?

Absolutely! We can mould and design a custom statue for you from scratch or simply paint the statue a specific way. We offer complete customization services.

For custom orders we will be in constant contact with you throughout the process. Completion time will significantly vary depending on size, factory samples, design approval, etc. 

Please expect long delays with custom projects. From design to manufacturing to quality control and shipping, typical completion cycle is 5-6 months.

What should I do if my statue is damaged on shipment?

When your statue has arrived - ask the driver to wait while you inspect the item prior to signing the bill of landing. If you notice any damage to the packaging or item have the driver note "visible outer damage". If the driver does not allow you to inspect the package have the driver note "possible concealed damage".

If damages are significant refuse the shipment and have the driver note the item was damaged during transport.

Please notify us as soon as possible and send us images of the damage.
