Small delivery
Pick-up truck
A small order includes rental décor or smaller props that are able to fit within an extended truck bed. Typically for single item rentals or small displays.

Full Service Fee
Our Full Service Fee includes delivery, on-site setup and placement, plus teardown and pickup following your event. This service is complimentary for qualifying small deliveries.
Full service applies to venues with safe, accessible loading and setup conditions. Locations involving excessive stairs, restricted access, difficult load-ins or conditions that may be unsafe for our team or rental items may require additional services or special handling.
Please provide accurate access details when booking. If your venue has limited access or unique requirements, we will recommend the appropriate service level and provide a custom quote.

Mid-size delivery
Trailer
A mid size order includes larger statement pieces, or multiple items that require a trailer to transport due to overall size and height requirements.

Full Service Fee
Our Full Service Fee includes professional delivery coordination, on-site setup and placement, plus teardown and pickup following your event.
Mid-sized deliveries are subject to a Full Service Fee equal to 5% of the statue rental subtotal.
This service applies to venues with safe, accessible loading and setup conditions. Excessive stairs, restricted access, difficult load-ins or conditions that may be unsafe for our team or rental items may result in additional charges or require an alternative service level.

Large delivery
Box truck
A large order includes oversized props or large number of items that require a box truck or numerous delivery vehicles.

Our Full Service Fee includes professional delivery coordination, on-site setup and placement, plus teardown and pickup following your event.
Large deliveries are subject to a Full Service Fee equal to 7% of the statue rental subtotal.
